Work materials always in the right position
Tools, containers or trays - with item Swivel Arm 8, all materials at the workstation are always within easy reach and in the right position, allowing employees to set up their working environment individually and ergonomically. Friction joints ensure maximum mobility and precise alignment of the swivel arms and double swivel arms.
For example, gripping trays can be placed directly above the work surface without great effort. Cantilevers that can be fitted on both sides ensure that different tools or containers are securely fixed in the groove 8 of the aluminum profiles.
The swivel arm 8 and double swivel arm 8 systems can be adapted precisely to personal requirements and different work situations. Employees have direct access to the material in the one-handed zone and therefore avoid lumbar torsion, which is hazardous to health. This is made possible by friction joints that allow the swivel arms to rotate 360° and whose friction torque can be individually adjusted. According to the company, this achieves an ideal balance between ease of adjustment and operational safety. Tools and accessories are held securely in place by extension arms with double-sided System 8 grooves, for example using the fastening variants from the item Holder and Hook System. With a choice of different variants in terms of load capacity and mobility, the aim is to meet all requirement profiles - from free positioning over three axes to the heavy-duty version with a load capacity of 40 kg.
The item Tray Swivel Arms and Double Swivel Arms 8 allow trays to be positioned anywhere at the workstation. A surrounding edge made of aluminum profiles ensures a secure hold. Containers for screws, nuts and other small parts can also be aligned using the Swivel Arms and Double Swivel Arms. This provides employees with ideal support when quickly switching between different work materials. The item Toolpanel with 19 free system slots at the front and rear is also attached to the workstation using a swivel arm or double swivel arm. The grooved panel profile can be rotated through 360° and can be used on both sides for different tasks. The company offers swivel arm height adjustment so that all swivel arm variants can be used even more flexibly. Precisely adapted components take the strain off employees at their workstation.
