Loosening tight connections
Stuck connections of pressed-on components, which are held in position by their own frictional force, can be loosened with a puller. The puller set from Gedore allows the use of eight different pullers. This means that the set can be used universally and is particularly suitable for changing pulling and extracting applications.
In addition to the 2-arm puller, the 9-piece puller set 1101-1.04/SEB-08 from Gedore also includes extensions, hook lengths and hook feet for external and internal pulling. The possible clamping depths are up to 100 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm - the clamping width is infinitely adjustable up to 130 mm. The narrow hook feet make it easy to work in hard-to-reach places. Thanks to the drop-forged crossbars, extensions and hooks, the puller set has a particularly long service life and high safety reserves, according to the company. Alignment and even adjustment of the hooks is made easier by the hook brake, the quick release and the adjustment scale. This enables centric, force-optimized and, above all, safe working, even with high forces. At the same time, the risk of accidents is reduced to a minimum thanks to a hook brake that prevents the trigger hook from slipping.
The spindle of the Gedore puller is maintenance-free and the spindle tip is replaceable. A check tool insert in the storage case allows the user to check at any time whether all components are in place - so no part is forgotten after work.
