New filter concept for 24/7 operation
Novus Air presents Airline, a new extraction and filter concept.
The stationary extraction system is used for the dry separation of industrial dusts and fumes. The 3-1 filter principle uses vertically mounted filter cartridges. As a result, the direction of flow, gravity and the direction of particle separation are aligned. This ensures optimum flow around the filter pack.
The system allows the filter cartridges to be cleaned during system operation. This means that the air flow is not interrupted, making the extraction system suitable for 24/7 operation and for use in process-dependent production. The EC turbo fan unit, which is also new, offers the same extraction performance at lower costs compared to previous solutions. Reduced flow resistance ensures lower power consumption.
