Height-adjustable workbench
Adapted to the component and employees
At Logimat, the Hoffmann Group presented a workbench that adapts to components and employees. The electrically height-adjustable workbench from the Garant GridLine series allows employees to adjust the worktop precisely to their height and the component to be processed - independently of the power supply. The workbench also has a mobile frame and electrically retractable feet for occasional relocation. Once the feet have been retracted, it can simply be rolled away.
Brakes on the swivel castors allow the castors to be securely locked in place before the feet are extended again. On its comparatively large wheels with a diameter of 125 mm, it also moves easily over uneven surfaces and door thresholds. A special thread guard prevents the wheels from getting stuck.
Against fatigue and back problems
The working height can be adjusted between 860 and 1050 mm using a top-down button - with a load capacity of up to 400 kg. The workbench therefore helps to prevent employee fatigue and back problems. The battery also provides up to eight hours of power for mobile operation of power tools, chargers and lamps. Suitable attachments are available for added ergonomics, cleanliness and tidiness: Perforated panels, Easyfix hooks and holders, storage shelves and an LED lighting unit.
With these special functionalities, the workbench is suitable for all employees who frequently work on components of different sizes or who occasionally have to change location, as well as for multi-shift operation.
