A+A 2025
Trade fair with a varied supporting program on the future of the working world
A+A, the trade fair for personal protection, occupational safety and health, will open its doors again in Düsseldorf from November 4 to 7, 2025. Trade visitors can expect a wide range of innovations, live formats and specialist events that show how working environments can be designed to be safe, healthy and efficient in the future.
Every two years, A+A brings together international trade visitors and decision-makers from industry, trade, services, science and politics in Düsseldorf. With its holistic approach, it combines topics from safety, health, ergonomics, digitalization and sustainability to create a comprehensive picture of the working world of tomorrow.
Start-ups at the BMWK Young Innovators joint stand
A special feature of the trade fair is the BMWK Young Innovators joint stand, which is fully booked this year. Eleven start-ups from Germany will be presenting their ideas and solutions relating to occupational health and safety, digitalization, prevention and ergonomics. The joint stand is located in the "Health at Work" area in Hall 7, one of the most dynamic growth areas at A+A.
The program, which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWK), offers young companies a prominent platform for their marketable developments. The focus is on digital technologies, AI-based applications, ergonomic product solutions and new formats for training and safety communication.
"This year's BMWK Young Innovators reflect the entire innovation potential that we are currently experiencing in occupational health and safety and occupational healthcare. A+A is the platform where these ideas become visible and tangible in practice," says Lars Wismer, Director of A+A and the global portfolio.
Solutions for healthy, safe and efficient working environments
The presentations will focus on people in their working environment - and the question of how technology can promote safety, health and productivity.
The start-up Deep Care, for example, develops AI-supported assistance systems for automatic fall detection in care, while ChronoFair contributes to reducing the workload in clinics and care facilities with digital, fairly organized personnel solutions.
Digital prevention and secure communication are further focal points: The Zebra Factor Academy combines theater pedagogy with artificial intelligence to anchor security awareness emotionally and creatively. Knoll Rapp und Strobel and BASIKNET rely on online training and gamification to communicate security topics in an attractive way.
Classic occupational safety topics are also represented: LeiKoSi presents a patented safety system for ladders, DermaPurge GmbH develops dermatologically effective protection and cleaning products for sensitive skin, and Armadillo Tex presents adaptive textile hazard protection solutions for high-risk areas.
The topic of ergonomics also plays a central role: Dewboard GmbH will be showcasing a standing board for physically relieved work, while eltracon GmbH and MY Intralogistik will be focusing on intelligent automation, flexible control systems and digital process optimization.
Impulses for the professional world
The eleven start-ups illustrate the thematic diversity and innovative strength with which young companies are tackling current challenges in the world of work. Their approaches range from AI and robotics to education and communication to physical protection systems and digital platforms - interdisciplinary in their thinking and practical in their implementation.
The extensive supporting program at A+A
In addition to the exhibitor areas, A+A offers a varied supporting program that gives trade visitors the opportunity to learn about new trends, technologies and research results. The program includes live formats, specialist forums, the A+A Congress and the A+A Expert Talks.
