Another technological highlight is the presentation of the patented SSI Carrier pocket sorter for the first time at a trade fair. We are also looking forward to a further development of our successfully established expert forum 'Let's Talk' with international opinion leaders as discussion partners. Live for the first time: the patented SSI Carrier

Transporting, accumulating, buffering, distributing and sorting with a single drive system - visitors can see this versatile functionality of the innovative SSI Carrier pocket sorter live for the first time at LogiMat in Hall 1. The flexible overhead conveyor technology is well suited for the parallel processing of multiple distribution channels and is particularly economical as a dynamic returns buffer in e-commerce. The patented concept from SSI Schaefer impresses with both increased storage density and extremely gentle transportation of flat goods, hanging garments and other products.

Voice assistant controls logistics processes

Digital transformation and data science, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions - the IT experts from SSI Schaefer will bring these technologies and trend topics to life at their own IT stand with innovative showcases. "We are bringing the 'Wamas via voice control' showcase live to Stuttgart, where we will allow our own logistics software Wamas to communicate with a voice assistant," says Franz Bauer-Kieslinger, CEO of SSI Schaefer IT Solutions, about the trade fair appearance. The IT experts will also be presenting the modular and integrable software solutions Wamas, Wamas GO! and SAP EWM and meeting individual customer requirements with in-depth consulting and solution expertise in the form of innovative concepts for analyzing logistics processes and their productivity with the help of KPIs and dashboards.

Immerse yourself with virtual reality

Presenting complex warehouse solutions simply and demonstrating them interactively to customers - goosebumps are guaranteed at the trade fair stand in Hall 1. With a fascinating virtual reality application, SSI Schaefer will guide visitors through the automated high-bay warehouse of Reyher Nchfg in 3D. Visitors can experience the speed and high throughput of the highly dynamic storage and retrieval processes up close as a virtual passenger, including a ride on the energy-efficient Exyz storage and retrieval machine.
