Narrow aisles, high loads
Hubtex presents the compact SQ series for loads up to six tons.
Transporting heavy loads in narrow aisles is a particular challenge for intralogistics specialists: only a few forklift manufacturers are able to deliver the necessary load capacities in the required compact design. When series-produced forklifts reach their limits, Hubtex often comes into play to meet individual customer requirements. One example of this is the SQ series of electric reach trucks: users benefit from load capacities of up to six tons with the same dimensions as series-produced reach trucks.
These vehicles are particularly suitable for user companies where transport requirements increase due to particularly heavy and bulky loads. Conventional reach trucks quickly reach their limits with high payloads of more than three tons. However, the Hubtex SQ has the same dimensions as series-produced reach trucks but a higher load capacity with particularly large load centers. Hubtex emphasizes that the compact SQ reach truck is a particularly suitable solution for companies that need to reorganize their material flow in confined spaces. This is because the truck can also be used with the same aisle widths. Hubtex has equipped the special vehicle with an energy-efficient control system of the latest generation, enabling the truck to achieve maximum handling performance with its particularly long battery operating times. It is also possible to integrate a multi-directional steering system into the SQ series, allowing even smaller turning radii to be achieved.
In addition to the compact SQ series, Hubtex also offers a heavy-duty version of its reach trucks. This allows large weights to be transported efficiently with particularly compact load dimensions.
