Walther Faltsysteme has presented the "intelligent box", a Logistics 4.0 solution in the reusable sector.
Equipped with inmould barcode labels, RFID tags and data loggers, the box "talks" to the user and helps them to optimize their logistics processes. As returnable logistics becomes more networked and sustainable, Walther Faltsysteme combines new identification technology with natural materials. The intelligent box is suitable for all logistics processes, from transportation and store use to highly automated processes. Thanks to the modular design of the injection molds, almost all requirements for the load carrier can be implemented in conjunction with the mold construction. Trackers record important data such as impact loads, temperature parameters and accelerations. If a problem occurs, the box sends a signal to the user. mm
