Small load carrier

More efficient from corrugated board

Whether for the transportation or storage of screws, plastic parts or tools - plastic small load carriers (SLCs) have become an integral part of the logistics chain in the automotive manufacturing and supply industry.

However, the long replenishment time of eight to ten weeks can be a logistical challenge. Antalis therefore offers corrugated cardboard KLT with short delivery times. The ready-glued cartons comply with VDA standard 4530 and can be stacked with plastic KLT. Thanks to their low weight, they are not only ergonomic to handle but also suitable for air freight, according to the manufacturer. The stability is in no way inferior to conventional KLTs. The base of the corrugated cardboard KLT can hold up to 15 kilograms of filling weight. The containers can also withstand stacking pressures of up to 19 tons. If used properly, they can be reused several times. As they are made of corrugated cardboard, they can be recycled. For applications that are not dependent on the VDA standard and compatibility with plastic KLT, there is a space-saving alternative: these cardboard containers are supplied as flat die-cut blanks and can be easily erected themselves. as
