Scissor roller conveyor

Push together, put away, done

Wiltsche supplies scissor roller conveyors that transport a wide variety of packages with uneven and sensitive surfaces, of different sizes and weights through the warehouse and into the vehicles.

They are also used in packaging zones, for machine networking and in cross-docking applications. Logistics managers benefit from these versatile mobile conveyors, which can be used flexibly by simply moving them and without conversion. In this way, the goods are transported exactly where they are needed - for example to the packing table, to a labeling station or directly into the transport vehicle, depending on requirements. When not in use, the user can slide them in to a third of their length and stow them away to save space.

The manufacturer emphasizes the zero line pressure zones, which prevent the packages from colliding and any resulting damage. For this purpose, the driven scissor roller conveyors are optionally equipped with optical sensors. In the case of non-driven scissor roller conveyors, an end stop prevents the packages from falling down at the removal end. If this is not required - for example, because the scissor roller conveyor is connected to another conveyor - the end stop can be lowered. pb
