At Fachpack, Piab will be demonstrating how intelligent grippers, lifters and conveyors document workflows and optimize processes. The components are equipped with Piab's Pi-Smart technology, which measures the key parameters of the processes during handling, optimizes them as a self-learning system and issues warnings in the event of deviations from specifications.
This reduces resource consumption to a minimum. Thanks to predictive maintenance, downtimes are also minimized. Simulation on the basis of digital twins enables optimum system configuration during development and allows faster product launches. pb
