New articulated conveyor belt from Dorner
Dorner has developed the new 2200 LPZ articulated conveyor belt. The belt conveyor with aluminum frame has a narrow profile and is infinitely adjustable.
The 2200 LPZ articulated conveyor belt with its robust, one-piece frame design is designed for a wide range of applications, according to the manufacturer. Where other conveyor belts do not fit, it can be positioned under machines thanks to its slim and narrow profile. The abbreviation LPZ stands for Low Profile Z-Frame.
In addition, the conveyor belt, which is equipped with one or two angles, can be infinitely adjusted. Tensioning the belt is simple thanks to Dorner's rack and pinion principle. The V-guided belt is designed to ensure precise belt guidance. Additional equipment is also available, such as height and width-adjustable side guides and various customized belt variants with cleats and corrugated edges.
D-Tools, Dorner's online conveyor belt configurator, supports the selection process. Using the 2D and 3D CAD platform, customers can design and configure their own conveyor belts and create drawings. as
