Modular assembly supply
Denipro is coming to Motek with the Denigrid system. This is a matrix sorter that can be used flexibly for time- and sequence-accurate assembly supply and provision of material in production.
Another application is the loading of assembly parts for just-in-sequence deliveries. The system can handle both small parts that are transported in pallet cages or other containers, as well as larger assemblies such as engines or complete modules for final automotive assembly, and can also store them temporarily if required.
Thanks to the Denipro principle of "rolling instead of gliding", the solution, which is available in three weight classes as standard, is very energy-efficient. The underlying modular design allows flexible integration into all local conditions, even across several conveyor levels. A Denigrid system is made up of any number of individually controllable conveyor modules arranged along an X and Y axis. This means that the scalable system can grow with the customer's requirements and be easily expanded.
The load carriers can be moved in all four directions within a chessboard-like matrix to achieve the desired output sequence. By means of appropriately designed auxiliary load carriers, Denigrid technology enables the processing of differently dimensioned conveyed goods.
