According to APS, the innovative machine series sets new standards in the semi-automatic and fully automatic packaging of maxi bags. The Autobag 600 and 650 systems pack up to 40 bags per minute with a width of up to 400 millimetres and a length of up to 680 millimetres.

The new autolabel printer integrated into the System 650 enables each individual bag to be printed individually at the same time. This eliminates the need for separate label printing. Both systems can be combined with a variety of feeders, counters and scales. They can also be easily integrated into packing stations and merchandise management systems. Light barriers and double hand switches are no longer required with these systems. On-board diagnostics and modular components simplify the maintenance of the Autobag packaging systems.

Also on show in Nuremberg will be new developments in equipment for the production of protective packaging. APS will also be presenting its complete range of original Autobag bags on a roll with a wide variety of applications such as UV protection, protection against ESD and protection against corrosion. dsc
