Denipro presents the Denigrid matrix sorter. The new development is based on the Denipro principle of "rolling instead of gliding" for high energy efficiency and low wear. The underlying modular design enables flexible integration into all local conditions, even across several conveyor levels.

Users can benefit from these advantages in several areas: From the loading and unloading process at the ramp to production logistics, the system, which is available for three weight classes, offers a reliable sorting solution.

Anyone who remembers the classic children's game "sliding puzzle with 15 squares" will immediately be familiar with the basic principle of Denigrid: a Denigrid system is made up of any number of individually controllable conveyor modules arranged along an X and Y axis. As with the sliding puzzle with the red and white fields, the load carriers can be moved within this matrix in all four directions to achieve the desired output sequence. The Denigrid technology allows the processing of small to bulky and differently dimensioned products by means of auxiliary load carriers.
