Good for modernization projects
Heber Fördertechnik from Upper Swabia takes on the role of general contractor for increasingly large and complex internal logistics projects.
These are new systems, expansions or retrofit projects in the fashion, mail order and e-commerce sectors. Heber specializes in dynamic and ergonomic solutions for order picking, returns processing and shipping. In a modernization project for one of the largest German manufacturers of taps and sinks, Heber's area of responsibility included the replacement and conversion of the existing conveyor technology with the simultaneous integration of a portal robot and the redesign of the processes in order picking and outgoing goods; these measures almost doubled the performance of the system. pb
