Organizational talent for intralogistics
With matControl graphics, Sysmat has developed a graphical material flow computer (MFC) with flexible interfaces to monitor the flow of goods in automated areas. According to the manufacturer, it can be seamlessly integrated into production chains and is designed to modernize internal processes by interlinking various sub-processes.
"Jumping on the digitalization bandwagon at an early stage pays off. Intelligent merchandise management systems help to identify and rectify errors in intralogistics without incurring the costs of new purchases," explains Rainer Schulz, Managing Director of Sysmat GmbH.
The MFR from the Mainhausen-based company can be connected between automated systems to monitor process chains. It visualizes the flow of goods and identifies faults or errors in automated warehouses, which can then be quickly rectified. In this way, modernization using the MFR should reduce costs and save time.
