IT solution aims to minimize process costs
The North German logistics software developer Xtras forward thinking has developed an ERP solution that is geared towards multimodal, complex and international transportation. The all-in-one solution for global transports can be customized by the user without restriction and, according to the manufacturer, regulates the entire logistics workflow from quotation to payment settlement. After structuring the desired elements and defining the participating roles, views and orders can be processed flexibly in workflows assigned to them. The logistics solution allows multi-routing, i.e. the creation and processing of several modalities within a transport order and different supervising parties. Thanks to the multi-company feature, different employees or economically independent companies within a holding work together seamlessly and paperlessly on one order.
The Xcust module, which is certified by German customs, allows the user to make a simple and fast customs declaration without an upstream clearing center that requires transaction costs. Whether FCL and LCL for sea freight or IATA and ERates for air freight - the available tariff system knows all freight prices of the forwarding companies. Thanks to the integrated financial accounting, customer invoices and outstanding accounts are available in real time with just one click. As a result, there is always complete transparency about the status quo of every order. sw
