Mobile lifting and loading aid

Lean mobility becomes standard

Thanks to its modular design, the mobile handling and transport system lift2move from Expresso can be flexibly adapted to changing tasks, growing demands or modified processes. Expresso now offers the basic lift2move Selective model for all standard handling tasks without a high degree of specialization.

A few weeks after the market launch of an electric drive for its multifunctional lift2move industrial truck and the premiere of the driverless hybrid version, the Kassel-based intralogistics specialist Expresso is now expanding its product family with the next innovation: the lift2move Selective. This is a mobile lifting and loading aid from the range of single lift mast models, in which everything is geared towards maximum availability, rapid deployment and universal applicability.

Expresso Managing Director Alexander Bünz explains: "As we all know, the great strength of our modular lift2move system product is its enormous flexibility; it can be adapted to many different, but usually very specific requirements formulated by customers - for example in assembly or warehousing - with little effort. However, all companies have a large number of standard and routine handling and conveying tasks without a high degree of specialization. We have developed the new lift2move Selective basic model so that companies can fully exploit their optimization potential here too."

Three strokes and six shots

The lift2move Selective is now available in small, medium and large versions with three different mast lifting distances (1,192, 1,442 and 1,692 millimetres) for payloads of up to 125 kilograms. The new range also includes a selection of six different load supports. It consists of three stainless steel platforms for storage boxes and workpiece carriers, a V-block for transporting cylindrical products as well as a 500 millimeter long mandrel for coils, rolls and pipes and a 450 millimeter jib with adjustable load hook (load capacity 90 kilograms). "Both the selection of front-mounted devices and the focus on three lifting heights are targeted decisions, as we know from market analyses and many successfully completed customer projects that the vast majority of general standard handling tasks in production, assembly, warehousing, order picking and shipping can be handled with these devices," reports company boss Alexander Bünz.

Basically, all equipment elements and modules of the new basic model come from the lift2move system world. The tilt-proof stability chassis, the smooth-running swivel castors and the adjustable push handle for manual feed as well as the low-maintenance spindle drive in the lift mast and the battery power pack (Flyweight type / 7.2 ampere hours), which can be changed without tools, are tried and tested performance components. The same applies to the central brake bracket and the lifting and lowering speed, which can be adjusted in two stages via remote control. as
