Jungheinrich: Changes to the Board of Management
There will be changes to the Board of Management at Jungheinrich in the new year. Dr. Klaus-Dieter Rosenbach, Member of the Board of Management for Logistics Systems, is leaving the company prematurely at his own request.
As his private life plans have changed due to health reasons, Dr. Rosenbach has asked the Supervisory Board to terminate his contract prematurely on March 31, 2020, according to the press release. This would have regularly expired at the end of 2021.
Dr. Rosenbach had been with the company since 1991. After holding several management positions in development and production, he took over the management of the Jungheinrich plants in Norderstedt and Lüneburg in 2001. In2008 , he was appointed Chief Technology Officer of Jungheinrich AG, and since 2015, the 61-year-old graduate engineer has been responsible for the Logistics Systems division.
Following the departure of Dr. Rosenbach, the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board have decided to downsize the Executive Board as of April 2020 and reduce the number of departments from five to four. As of 1 January 2020, Sabine Neuß will take over the Technology division from CEO Dr. Lars Brzoska as the new member of the Executive Board. as
