Cooperation on the tugger train

Jungheinrich is expanding its own range in the tugger train sector through a cooperation with Neumaier Industry and will offer the Industry Train tugger train in future.

The Industry Train tugger train from Neumaier is a combination of standardized trolley modules and individually designed goods carrier systems. Two different chassis types are available for indoor and outdoor use. The payload can be up to 3 tons per product carrier. Various goods carrier systems are available for picking up and transporting customer load carriers: From simple C-frames and E-frames with adjustable forks to highly complex goods carrier systems for transporting several trolleys in one goods carrier. The special feature: It is not the customer's load carrier that adapts to the tugger train, but the tugger train that adapts to the load carrier and the customer's requirements.

Together with the Jungheinrich EZS electric tow tractors with up to 28 tons of tractive force, the Industry Train tugger train is a powerful intralogistics solution. All components in the tugger train are networked with each other and operate as a single machine. dsc
