Leuze will be showcasing its portfolio of intralogistics solutions at LogiMat. These include the IPS 200i. A camera-based sensor for fast compartment fine positioning. Due to its compact design, the sensor requires little space on the storage and retrieval machine and, according to the manufacturer, is particularly suitable for use in small container warehouses and single-deep pallet high-bay warehouses.

The camera-based sensor is designed for the fine positioning of storage and retrieval machines.

Commissioning is carried out using a web-based configuration tool. An alignment system via feedback LEDs further simplifies adjustment. Adjustments can be made directly on the device. Thanks to powerful, ambient light-independent IR LED illumination, a single device can be used flexibly for the entire working range of up to 600 mm. A version with integrated heating is available for use in cold stores down to -30 °C. sw
