Hyster Europe has developed several all-round solutions for warehouse technology and the logistics sector. For various applications and areas of use, they are designed to help companies overcome specific challenges, such as the lack of space in retail warehouses or just-in-time requirements in the automotive industry.
Among the innovations were the first prototypes of the R1.0E-1.4E reach truck series with improved maneuverability in tight spaces. The compact chassis and the rearward tilting mast save valuable centimeters, allowing the truck to reach the top shelves even in narrow aisles. For goods stored in the lower shelves, the industrial truck manufacturer has developed the compact S1.0E-1.2E pallet truck, which is suitable for stacking, storing, transporting and picking goods in narrow warehouses. The pallet trucks in this series lift up to 1.2 tons to a good 2.4 meters and can even reach heights of up to 4.18 meters with lighter loads.
Hyster has launched the three- and four-wheel tow tractors with driver's seat (T7.0HS3 and T8.0HS4) especially for automotive production. Compact design, roll-back lock on ramps and externally mounted buttons for creep speed control are the features here. The electric pedestrian pallet trucks with counterweight and the low lift order picker are suitable for automated operation. pb
