Heavy duty stair climber
With 1,000 kilos over any surface
With the Twin-Track heavy-duty stair climber, Bartels has added a device for the safe and economical transportation of particularly heavy loads to its range. It moves up to 1,000 kilograms on any surface and turns on the spot.
In addition to stairs, this also makes it suitable for particularly difficult-to-access, hazardous areas. "The Twin-Track is ideal for tunnel construction, heavy industry and haulage companies," says Bartels Managing Director Sebastian Krayenborg. "But it is also used worldwide in mines, in the construction industry or in subway railroad tunnels."
The Twin-Track is remote-controlled so that the operator is outside the danger zone at all times. The robust steel construction makes it possible to move up to one ton on level ground. Up to 272 kilograms can be loaded on stairs or slopes with an incline of up to 40 degrees. The Twin-Track 47 has a 119.4 centimeter long and 74.3 centimeter wide loading area for this purpose. The Twin-Track 66 with a 167.6 cm long and 74.9 cm wide loading area is ideal for larger loads.
The Greengo hydraulic arm developed for the Twin-Track 66 can also be used in combination with various attachments to transport different loads. The standard Greengo attachment, a tipping trough made of polyethylene, picks up all types of bulk material. The aluminum pallet attachment can also be used to move EPAL pallets on any surface. Customized special versions are also available for the Twin-Track. as
