Flexible loading
The mobile conveyor consists of a pivoting ascending conveyor belt with an extendable scissor conveyor at the top and a pivoting auxiliary conveyor belt at the bottom. These are used to transport loose packages such as cartons safely and efficiently directly into the vehicle. If the vehicle is also to be unloaded with the aid of the trailer loader, a powered conveyor is required for the scissor roller conveyor attached at the top. For optimum use, both the ascending and auxiliary conveyor belts are height-adjustable via an electrically controlled hydraulic unit. With its robust, large-diameter wheels, the trailer loader can be moved between several loading gates. With a maximum truck entry length of 7,500 millimetres, the Trailer Loader is suitable for loading and unloading 20ft and 40ft containers and the corresponding vehicles. pb
