Fast pouch packaging and recycled film

For the first time at Fachpack, Automated Packaging Systems (APS) is presenting the latest generation of its pouch packaging systems and a film made from recycled material.

APS points out the optimum ease of use, operating safety and high packaging speed of the new systems. Downtimes for changing the pouch format or for maintenance are minimized. Innovative pouch guides are designed to enable an absolutely trouble-free packaging process.

APS will also be showcasing its packaging solutions for e-commerce and mail order. The systems developed for this purpose can be easily loaded by hand, but can also be easily integrated into fully automated logistics systems.

APS will also be showcasing its Airpouch air cushioning machines on another stand in Hall 4. The table systems, which work without compressed air, offer the possibility of producing air cushion films up to 800 millimetres wide. This means that even larger packaged goods can now be packaged easily and securely. With the film supplied in handy cartons, up to 533 linear meters of air cushioning can be produced as required at the touch of a button.

New recycled film in the range
In addition to the well-known materials for the production of bubble wrap and air cushion film, APS now offers its film made from recycled material. A new antistatic film to protect sensitive electronic products and an HD bubble wrap with extreme tear and puncture resistance complete the range of films.
