Save space with waste
HSM is presenting space-saving waste disposal solutions at Logimat. The HSM V-Press 860 L vertical baler produces bales for easy transportation without a pallet. The HSM HL 7009 horizontal baling press is suitable for bulky cardboard packaging.
The HSM V-Press 860 L vertical baler produces bales with a recess for easy transportation without a pallet. The bales can be moved directly with a pallet truck or forklift. The baler is equipped with the rapid traverse technology specially developed for the V-Press series. This reduces power consumption and drive power while increasing throughput at the same time. The cycle time is reduced by up to 40 percent with this technology compared to conventional drives.
HSM also points out that the machines are particularly quiet thanks to special pump technology. Thanks to a pressing force of 548 kilonewtons and the stable press plate guide, they effortlessly press used packaging material such as cardboard and film. The bales reach a weight of up to 460 kilograms and are held together as standard by quadruple wire strapping; polyester strapping is also available as an option. The HSM V-Press reduces costs in the usually underestimated cost center "waste disposal".
With its technical equipment, operating concept and design for bulky cardboard packaging, the HSM HL 7009 horizontal baling press is the ideal machine for chain stores and retailers. With a high baling force of 700 kilonewtons, the HSM HL 7009 is suitable for cardboard packaging but also for baling film. Depending on the material, the highly compressed bale can reach a weight of up to 600 kilograms, has a bale size of around 1,100 x 1,100 x 1,200 millimetres and is held together by a quadruple wire strapping.
The optimum bale dimensions and bale weights guarantee economical truck utilization. Filling is carried out conveniently by means of a hydraulic lift/tilt device. The hydraulic sliding door also ensures maximum operating comfort and safety when removing bales. as
