Crown at the Logimat
More forklifts on three times the floor space
Crown has invested in more space for its trade fair appearance at Logimat. The forklift manufacturer will be presenting its broad portfolio and introducing further developments. The Quickpick Remote order picking technology and the multifunctional vehicle from the WAV-60 series will be demonstrated live.
At 440 square meters, Crown has almost three times the previous stand space this year. In addition to the larger exhibition and catering area, the new stand space now offers room for two demo areas as well as a special "Technology Lounge", where pioneering forklift and automation technologies will be the focus of attention. Crown traditionally presents its broad portfolio of products and solutions for safe, reliable and efficient warehouse operations at Logimat, showcasing innovations and further developments. The forklift truck manufacturer will also be showing a preview of a new generation of forklift trucks.
Experience new areas of application live
Visitors to the trade fair will also be able to experience new applications for the award-winning Quickpick Remote picking technology, which has been tried and tested over millions of operating hours: On a demo area, Crown will use a GPC order picker with scissor lift to show how an operator can do more with fewer movements without compromising safety. As a result, the use of Quickpick Remote leads to increased productivity with less physical strain on the operator. With the consistent further development of the performance parameters, the technology is now available for a wide range of different applications, for example for the complete GPC 3000 order picker series, including the models with fork and scissor lift. It can also be used with the multifunctional forklift trucks of the MPC-3000 series and the tow tractors of the TC-3000 series.
Ladder replacement in action
The multifunctional vehicle of the WAV-60 series will be presented in live operation on another demo area. The versatile Wave increases safety, productivity and flexibility at the same time. It is used in particular where ladders are usually used to work at heights of up to five meters. The compact and maneuverable WP 3010 electric pallet truck and the electrically powered counterbalance trucks from the SC-6000 series will also be on display. as
