Mobile loading ramp
Central axis leads straight ahead
The BK912 mobile loading ramp is a frequently used loading ramp for loading and unloading trucks and containers. Thanks to the centrally positioned floating axle, the ramp can be moved optimally and requires very little space during maneuvering.
The mobile loading ramp is raised from the last operating height to the new loading height using a hand hydraulic pump - or optionally an electro-hydraulic pump. The ramp is positioned on the truck containers. The pump valve is opened and the ramp is lowered to the bottom of the container. The center axle goes into the floating position (safety chain quick release is applied). As the center axle does not take on any static tasks during loading that the axle does not carry, there is no buckling of the truck with its load as it passes over the support point of the lip. Once the loading or unloading process is complete, the quick-release safety chain lock is released and the hydraulic valve is closed. The ramp is pumped up using a hydraulic hand pump so that the truck can drive forward after the safety chains have been released. The ramp is then ready for the next loading process. It is equipped with a gimbal-mounted fork clamp for moving (optional: device for picking up by means of a bale clamp). pb
