Compact conveyor technology for short strokes

Expert-Tünkers offers a cam plate lifter that is suitable for strokes in the range from 100 to 300 mm. Similar to the classic column lifters, the simple and robust cam plate lifters can be flexibly arranged at the front or side of the roller conveyor. The movement profile can be specified via the geometry of the cam disk, meaning that no additional servo drive with frequency converter is required.

The upper and lower positions are interlocked with a detent mechanism and ensure a high level of operational safety when the system is at a standstill without additional locking elements. The geometry of the cam plate allows the lifting profile to be individually adapted to the conveying task at a constant motor speed. The robust and torsion-resistant design of the lifting columns allows them to be arranged not only symmetrically at the front, but also offset and laterally in the cell.

The cam plate lifter is therefore a simple and robust lifting element for lifting complete floor assemblies or even the entire body. The cam lifter concept is based on just three standard modules: the motor, the cardan shaft and the lifting column. The motor and cardan shaft are cost-effective industry standards and the lifting column is manufactured in series without an order, knowing the stroke.
