The logistics automation specialist will be presenting the Dematic Multishuttle for the efficient mapping of picking processes in the still-growing online retail sector. The modular system offers companies with strong growth and constantly changing requirement profiles an optimal solution. Visitors can also find out about the advantages of the compact Autostore storage and goods-to-person picking system. The use of standard containers, which are stored in a gridded shelving module, enables storage capacity to be doubled without expanding the storage area. Existing storage space can therefore be optimally utilized.

Dematic is also presenting its solutions for the clothing trade. The Mona Lisa bag sorter is ideal for use in returns processing and fulfillment, especially for e-commerce companies. The automated hanging system on roller adapters can be used to sort and buffer hanging and flat-packed items as well as flat-packed items and cartons. Returned items can be placed manually or automatically in the sorter's pockets and rotate in the system until the item is requested again. In this way, only a fraction of the goods need to be sorted back into the warehouse.

The logistics automation system also has major customers in the food industry. There, the Dematic Multishuttle 2 Freeze handles automatic picking and palletizing for various temperature zones.
