Maintenance of industrial plants
RS Components has added new thermal imaging cameras from Fluke to its product range. The compact PTi120 is aimed at troubleshooting and predictive maintenance applications in industrial environments. It enables maintenance teams to perform advanced infrared inspections and quick temperature measurements of electrical equipment, machines or pumps and motors.
A key feature is the 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen and the IR overlay function, which enables the simultaneous automatic capture of a digital image with visible light and an infrared image. This allows problem areas to be localized quickly. The device offers an infrared resolution of 120 x 90 pixels with a total of 10,800 pixels. The camera has an IP54 housing and a temperature measurement range of -20 to 150 °C.
