Hardware module for fleet management

Cleaning with a system

Kärcher is making its fleet management flexible with a hardware module. Users receive real-time data on the location and operating times of their machines.

This makes it clear whether equipment is unused on an object, which is uneconomical in the long term. The systematic data interpretation of machine usage highlights optimization potential. Battery-powered machines in existing fleets can be retrofitted with the module; all that is required is access to the Kärcher Equipment Management user interface.

Thanks to the open concept, users can also integrate competitor devices. The Plug-in-Connect module is quickly attached and is connected to the machine battery for power supply. Machine usage is recorded using sensors and is therefore manufacturer-independent.
