The maintenance management platform Excelation.io is made up of "excel", meaning "to be excellent at something", and "collaboration", the English term for close cooperation. Its purpose is to bring people, systems and data together excellently in the maintenance environment. Despite smart technologies, many maintenance managers still record results in manual checklists after inspecting the systems and enter them into Excel later. This results in confusing tables and ticket systems. Hard-to-read notes slow down the pace and lead to errors. The Excelation.io app counteracts media disruptions: it reduces manual effort and effectively bundles deadline coordination, defect tracking and insight into progression.

All points remain clearly visible. Maintenance technicians use the clear technical view to identify assets via QR code, exchange information, document anomalies, costs and working times on site. In the maintenance cycle, the cloud solution reminds those technically responsible of outstanding to-dos. Maintenance managers assign jobs, transfer records and notes to those carrying out the work, who prioritize jobs using a traffic light system. Decision-makers communicate seamlessly with technicians and activate new employees. They stay up to date remotely via the manager view; the traffic light function prompts them to intervene if necessary.

Your own systems can be connected via a Restful API interface. Running on smartphones, tablets or computers, the modular tool complies with GDPR and DIN 31051. Because Excelation.io focuses on the essentials, users can navigate the user-friendly interface with confidence. The SaaS solution is paid for according to the number of users. The integration of other modules relevant to EAM, such as document and media management or IoT integration, is planned.
