Every application is different. This is why Rollon offers a modular system of different telescopic slides, linear guides, linear axes, linear axis systems and accessories. Based on this portfolio, the company implements flexible and economical automation systems for production, handling, assembly and intralogistics.

Using an exemplary application with a Fanuc robot, Rollon will be demonstrating the possible uses of the Actuator System Line and the Seventh Axis shuttle system in industry, logistics and packaging. A UR robot will also be present in Stuttgart to illustrate the efficiency of the seventh axis in palletizing.

With the seventh axis concept, the entire robot moves on a linear axis and can therefore perform tasks at several locations. This extends its radius of action. The modular shuttle system enables long distances and high dynamics. It is available in seven different sizes, is easy to integrate and can move all types of robots weighing up to 2,000 kilograms.

Efficiency even in difficult environments
With their combination of high dynamics and mechanical robustness, the modular linear axes of the Speedy Rail A offer efficiency even in difficult environments - and are therefore suitable for numerous automation tasks in machine and plant engineering where high speeds (up to 15 meters per second), fast accelerations (up to ten meters per square second) and high resistance are required. Thanks to the aluminium alloy with a hardened, anodized surface, the self-aligning systems are robust and, according to the manufacturer, guarantee maximum reliability.
