Robust, wide and for heavier loads
Specially developed for the European market, Dorner offers the new 2200 XL series for a wide range of applications.
The flat conveyor belts are available in belt widths of up to 914 mm and a length of 3,500 mm. They have been developed for transporting heavier loads of up to 50 kg. Dorners V-guide ensures that the belt is guided precisely, even when the products have to perform demanding lateral tasks. A characteristic feature is that no start-up phase is required for belt guidance.
The rack and pinion tensioning system allows the belt to be tensioned quickly and easily, as both sides of the deflection roller are tensioned evenly. The belt speed can be up to 37 m per minute. Accessories include fixed and height-adjustable stands. The stand heights range from 310 to 2,250 mm, with fixed feet and roller stands. Adjustable and tool-free adjustable side guides in aluminum are also available.
