Connection technology
Pretty limber
RK Rose+Krieger comes up with innovations in linear and pipe connection technology.
Firstly, the aluminum solid clamp pipe connector product family has been expanded: size 30 base, socket and joint clamps are now also available with an integrated ball joint. A socket clamp with a double ball has also been added to the portfolio. The ball joints are designed for loads of up to 37 Newton meters (static). Connected applications can be freely swiveled by 60 degrees and rotated by 360 degrees. This means that the new pipe connectors with ball joint offer greater freedom of design.
The company will also be showcasing a new linear unit, the RK Monoline MT. It is based on the roller guide concept of the RK Monoline Z 80, but differs in terms of the drive concept: in the RK Monoline MT, the toothed belt does not run around, but is driven in the area of the guide carriage. This is why it is also referred to as an Omega drive. The variable mounting concept for almost all motors on the market also allows the motor position to be changed at a later date. Compact dimensions allow high speeds as well as high positioning and repeat accuracy. as
