New software and components
RK Rose+Krieger uses Motek to present numerous new products.
In addition to new sizes of the RK MonoLine linear unit for the medium load segment and an additional axis version with integrated holding element for vertical use, this also includes the RK stand system, further tube connector variants with ball joint and the sixth member of the lifting column family, the Multilift II with internal carriage. A particular highlight is the new RKX configuration software for the MultiControl II drive control system, which can now be operated conveniently and much more quickly via a PC instead of a handset. The software has two major advantages over comparable solutions: It displays motor currents and other operating parameters in real time and allows service and error histories to be read out and exported.
Wherever a vertical adjustment movement meets a fixed installation dimension, the new member of the Multilift II lifting column family is the solution. As a two-column system, the lifting column with internal carriage, strokes of up to 500 millimetres and fastening grooves in the outer profile is predestined for material lifting devices next to a height-adjustable assembly workstation. Combined with the premium version of the MultiControl II quadro drive control system, all lifting columns can be moved individually, in parallel or synchronously using the control system's drive group management. The compact, toothed belt-driven linear units in the RK MonoLine series have been specially designed for repeatable pick & place, palletizing, loading and unloading processes in the medium load segment and combine high rigidity with smooth running characteristics, high repeatability and acceleration.
