With tolerance compensation
The Compact Rail product family from Rollon's Linear Line consists of linear rails with induction-hardened and ground raceways and precision steel roller carriages.
The roller guides are compact, insensitive to dirt and dust and designed for high travel speeds. The system comprises three product series: the fixed bearing rail (T-profile), the floating bearing rail (U-profile) and the compensation rail (K-profile). Combinations of these three rail types can be used to compensate for parallelism errors in the mounting surface in one or two planes. Manufacturing tolerances, for example in machine housings, can thus be easily compensated for. as
