Ready for conveyor technology
With Ready Track, Winkel has standardized horizontal tracks in its portfolio to which users can easily and stably attach conveyor technology. The Ready Track is a system with a steel profile design and is equipped with Winkel guides and rollers.
The standardized horizontal tracks are universally suitable for the installation of different conveyor systems. These include lifting systems with or without cross lift, telescopic forks with eccentric lifting table as well as heavy-duty chain conveyors or roller conveyors. The Ready Track systems are designed for load capacities of up to five tons and are available in various designs. The steel guides ensure that the conveyor technology can be moved precisely.
Depending on the environment and application, the user can choose between steel or polyamide castors. The rollers run particularly quietly and quickly in the profiles. They are driven by a helical toothed rack. The matching motors are available in either AC or servo versions. Factors such as acceleration, power and speed vary depending on the track design. The tracks, which can be up to twelve meters long, can be easily extended to cover longer distances. The tracks are firmly locked to the floor using fastening elements and therefore cannot slip out of their anchorage, even with heavy loads. as
