Extended range and mobility
Expert-Tünkers offers a fast and precise solution for extending robots with additional traversing axes, the so-called 7th axis.
The 7th axis can now be extended by an "8th axis" using a turning station with integrated turntable, allowing it to be guided around corners. This application extends the reach and mobility of robots. Several axes can be combined with individual output angles and lengths of up to 30 m according to customer requirements. The base consists of a solid base frame with ground and hardened guide rails that guarantee high process accuracy. The system can accommodate and transport standard robot systems, welding guns or other handling devices weighing up to 4 tons. It can be connected to all common robot systems and control systems through individual adaptations.
