Rodriguez realizes customer-specific adaptations of standard parts, which is possible thanks to its own production capacities. This also includes the end machining of linear technology products - shafts, ball screws and trapezoidal screws can be modified according to customer drawings.

The machining of guide shafts is in good hands at the Eschweiler-based company, as it works with special five-axis CNC machines that are designed for hard machining. In linear technology, Rodriguez can machine shafts with an outer diameter of up to 100 millimetres, among other things, thanks to modern CNC lathes. The machinery, including tools and measuring equipment, as well as the expertise of the employees are fully geared towards the hard turning of workpieces. pb
