Dahlen strengthens Rodriguez management team
Nicole Dahlen has been Managing Director Sales, Marketing and Organization at Rodriguez since November 2018.
The manager has been with the company for 29 years and most recently held the position of Director Sales & Marketing; she has also been an authorized signatory since 2015. The new Managing Director has witnessed and promoted Rodriguez's important development from a dealer to a manufacturer of customer-specific system solutions - from the change of operating locations to the establishment and expansion of in-house production, Rodriguez said. "I have grown with the company and am therefore very familiar with the internal processes as well as the objectives and strategy," says Nicole Dahlen, who has attended external technical and commercial training courses and management programs throughout her career.
Dahlen thus joins Gunther Schulz in the company management. The managing partner founded Rodriguez in 1984 and has developed it into an internationally well-positioned company that offers linear technology and precision bearings, preferably from its own production facilities. as
