Simulate and analyze processes

Dataface is the name of Elunic's Industrial Internet of Things application. Using a digital twin, the software draws a virtual image of a production plant and simulates the overall plant effectiveness.

The area of artificial intelligence is covered by predictive maintenance messages and the use of machine learning algorithms. This solution can be used to draw conclusions about production speed and the number of pending tasks, for example. It is also possible to show how the rights for complete systems, individual persons, groups or machines are managed. An integrated store enables spare parts to be reordered automatically. All these services are integrated into the application by Elunic as microservices.

" Dataface 's architecture is designed to process large volumes of data from the machine environment; the microservice architecture enables the exchange or further development of individual components. The application can be integrated into cloud services such as AWS as well as on-premise solutions. This cloud independence enables a quick entry into the IIoT," explains Benjamin Ullrich, founder and Managing Director.
