Simple recording and analysis
MCU has introduced Liveinspect, a solution for reading and processing data from machines.
Liveinspect displays the actual machine usage and the data is stored in a tamper-proof manner. Thanks to the machine-specific customizable evaluations, the solution also allows flexible data analysis.
The solution approach of MCU with Liveinspect includes the collection of data in the machine through edge computing as well as the reduction of data through the targeted selection of data sources. A variable editor allows the selection of available data. All available NC and PLC variables can also be read out. Liveinspect allows various communication interfaces to the sensor island. This makes it possible to collect data via a decentralized periphery as well as to pre-evaluate data in the sensor island.
