Data analysis and predicting the future
According to the manufacturer, the IIoT/PA-Pac predictive analytics kit from SSV supports the data-based prediction of events for machines and systems. The hardware modules in this retrofit kit can be used to retrofit existing machines and systems with the corresponding data interfaces in order to obtain and store IIoT-compatible status data.
The Sensor 2 Information Service included in the scope of delivery generates predictive analytics information from the available sensor data. Both statistical methods for data analysis and various machine learning algorithms are used, which are also suitable for automatic anomaly detection.
