Data analysis in sheet metal processing
Lantek presented cloud-based business analytics software at Euroblech.
Lantek Analytics was developed for sheet metal processing and consists of two modules: Manufacturing Analytics and Customer Analytics. The software accesses information from the respective company's database. The cloud-based tool extracts the data, creates a separate image of the database on an external platform and updates and analyzes it in real time. According to the company, the production analysis can answer questions about "bottlenecks" in production, scrap volumes, scrap distribution or production patterns. Top ten lists with sales contribution to the overall result as well as the geographical distribution are an example of the customer analysis.
