With Xcelerator, Siemens has announced an integrated portfolio of software, services and a platform for the development of applications.
The offering can be personalized and adapted to customer and industry-specific requirements. Xcelerator combines the entire portfolio of Siemens software for design, engineering and manufacturing with an extended Mendix platform for the development of low-code and multi-experience applications.
The Mendix platform now also includes cloud and app services for digital engineering and the Internet of Things. They are built on MindSphere, Siemens' cloud-based, open IoT operating system, and Mendix's unified low-code and no-code development environments. Xcelerator drives digital transformation by enabling any stakeholder to easily create, integrate and extend the data landscape and systems.
