Automated inspection with AI
Manual inspection and final acceptance in the assembly of complex products can be prone to errors. With Inspect-Sys, Gestalt Robotics is developing a fully automated inspection solution with AI technologies that ensure robust visual detection even under varying environmental influences.
Cobot-based camera guidance enables 360-degree inspection. Test plans and test objects are taught (no-code) intuitively by guiding the cobot and recording a few image examples, so that commissioning and adjustments can be completed in just a few simple steps. The inspection results themselves are immediately available and can be stored in MES or ERP systems. In addition, standardized interfaces and dashboards make it possible to keep an eye on quality. Direct integration into workstation systems and individual assembly stations is possible, as is the mobile version for the store floor.
