Asset performance management solutions
AspenTech at the Hannover Messe for the first time
Aspen Technology, Inc., a provider of software for the optimization of industrial plants, will be presenting its comprehensive Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions for the first time at the Hannover Messe.
At stand B31/1 in hall 22, the experts will be demonstrating how oil and gas producers, refinery operators and manufacturers can increase plant efficiency and reliability and reduce downtimes to a minimum.
AspenTech's asset performance management solutions support companies in the digital transformation to the IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things). The focus here is on the use of new technologies such as machine learning and predictive and prescriptive analytics. Visitors to the stand can expect live demos of the aspenONE Asset Performance Management software package.
These include:
- Aspen Mtell® uses machine learning and "Failure Agents" to autonomously recognize patterns within operational data and make early and accurate predictions of faults, failures and downtime. The modeling of historical and real-time asset, process and maintenance data makes it easier to identify the causes of faults and initiate appropriate preventive measures as part of prescriptive maintenance.
- Aspen Asset Analytics™ evaluates the causes of process interruptions, provides predictions of future incidents and makes binding statements on how to avoid them. The pre-built column analysis software can be quickly configured and deployed and uses ensemble modeling to generate operational guidance.
- Aspen FidelisReliability™ enables a holistic risk analysis across the entire plant. Based on reliability models and simulations and taking process sequences into account, the reliability management solution identifies risks to plant availability and utilization at an early stage. This allows a precise analysis of the plant life cycle, including plant utilization and the overall effectiveness of the plant.
"For plant operators, it is clear that traditional maintenance solutions are no longer sufficient to prevent unexpected downtime. In the course of the digital transformation, new technologies such as machine learning and predictive maintenance are becoming more decisive for profitability and competitiveness," explains Norbert Meierhöfer, Business Consulting Director, Aspen Technology. "We are therefore delighted to be presenting our APM solutions for the first time at Hannover Messe. We want to show visitors how they can optimize their systems and increase profitability over their entire service life."
